HUE COLOR STORY 06 John & Nancy’s Artful Abode | New London, CT

Working with John and Nancy on their full interior color design project was exciting and extraordinary. They are eyeglass frame designers and they're incredibly creative with brilliant minds. They're inspired by and drawn to art and wanted to be surrounded by vibrant colors in their interior of their home. We created color palettes that did just that. I presented to both of them the strongest, most vibrant colors that we could create. We surrounded them with colors that resonated with them and served a purpose in each space. They chose a gorgeous lime green for their master bedroom, and that lime green brought Nancy peace and joy, as well as inspiration. It's amazing how all of our brains react differently. What brings some people peace and joy and calmness is different for another. My job is to find those color palettes and present those to my clients so that when we're all in our homes we all have that same reaction. Being in John and Nancy's home is like being in a piece of art. It’s beautiful and inspiring, and it benefits their lives every day.
